Remove shaft (33) and bearing (81) from the pump
housing.

Remove retaining ring (82), and remove bearing (81)
from shaft (33).
31.
If necessary, remove bushings (83) and (86) from pump
housing (49). Remove O-ring seals (84) and (85) from
the bushings. Check the O-ring seals for damage or
wear and replace if necessary.

NOTE:
Before the propel pump is assembled, make sure
all the pump parts are clean and free of all dirt and
foreign material. Check all parts for damage or
wear. Lubricate all moving parts with clean
hydraulic system oil at the time of assembly.
1.
Install O-ring seals (84) and (85) on bushings (83) and
(86). Install bushings (83) and (86) into pump housing
(49).
2.
Install bearing (81) on shaft (33), and install retaining
ring (82).
