MALFUNCTION
Batteries Faulty.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
WARNING
Remove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags and bracelets. If jewelry contacts
electrical connection, a direct short may occur resulting in injury or death to
personnel and damage to equipment.
Use caution while working under operator platform assembly. Falling platform
may cause injury or death.
Inspect batteries (WP 0190) and test batteries (WP 0190).
If batteries are damaged or bad, replace batteries (WP 0190).
