Disassemble Vibratory Pump

Start By:
a.
remove vibratory pump
1.
Remove four bolts (1), and remove cover (2) from the
end cover.
2.
Remove O-ring seal (3) from the charge pump. Check
the O-ring seal for wear or damage, and replace if
necessary.
3.
Remove charge pump (4) and O-ring seal (5) from the
end cover. Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage,
and replace if necessary.
4.
Remove wear plate (6) and O-ring seal (7) from the end
cover. Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage, and
replace if necessary.
5.
Remove shaft (8) from the end cover. Remove the key
from the shaft.
