Start By:

tilt operators platform or tilt cab
At operating temperature, the hydraulic oil tank is hot and
under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. Remove the fill
plug only when the engine is stopped and when the fill
plug is cool enough to touch with your bare hands.
NOTE:
Identify all hydraulic lines as they are removed for
reinstallation purposes. Cap and plug all lines
and fittings to prevent any contaminants from
entering the hydraulic system.
1.
Release the pressure in the hydraulic system (page 14-7).
2.
Drain the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil tank. The
capacity of the hydraulic oil tank is 80 liters (21.1 U.S.
gal).
3.
Disconnect hose assemblies (1) and (3) from vibratory
pump (2).
4.
Disconnect two hos e assemblies (4) from the vibratory
pump.
5.
Disconnect electrical connectors (5) from the vibratory
pump.
