Install O-ring seal (5) in Gerotor housing (4). Install
Gerotor (6) in Gerotor housing (4). Put the Gerotor in
position on the spacer plate. Align the star valleys.
There should be a parallel relationship of the
components. Align all the cap screw holes without
disengaging the Gerotor from the drive.

Install spacer (7) in the Gerotor housing.

Install O-ring seal (3) in end cap (2). Install the end cap
in its original position on the Gerotor housing. Be sure
the cap screw holes in the end cap are in alignment.
35.
Install seven cap screws (1). Tighten the cap screws to
a torque of 16 N m (140 lb-in). Retighten the cap screw
in the number sequence shown to a torque of 32 N m
(280 lb-in).

tilt operators platform or tilt cab
At operating temperature, the hydraulic oil tank is hot and
under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. Remove the fill
plug only when the engine is stopped and when the fill
plug is cool enough to touch with your bare hands.
NOTE:
Identify all hydraulic lines as they am removed for
reinstallation purposes. Cap and plug all lines
and fittings to prevent any contaminants from
entering the hydraulic system.

Release the pressure in the hydraulic system (page 14-7).
2.
Remove bolt (2), and remove pin (1) that fastens
steering cylinder (3) to the steer pivot.
