Ensurethat the propel control lever is in the STOP position.2.Connect a 60000 kPa (8700 psi) pressure gauge torelief valve test port (1).Illustration 48Control Console(2) Vibratory amplitude control. (3) Vibratory ON/OFF control.3.Move amplitude selector (2) to the HIGH AMPLITUDEposition.4.Install the Multitach in order to measure engine rpm.Install 4C-6500 Digital Thermometer into the hydraulicoil tank. Start the machine and run the machine at highidle (2350 ± 50 RPM) until the hydraulic oil temperaturereaches 38C (100F).5.Look at the gauge and depress vibratory control switch(3) to the ON position in order to start the vibratorysystem.NOTE:The force that is needed to overcome the inertiaof the weights causes the pressure in thevibration system to momentarily reach the highamplitude relief valve setting. Look at the gaugeand turn on the vibration system.
