INSPECTION
1.
Check cable ends for corrosion. Clean as necessary.
2.
Check for torn or frayed wires on ground strap (Figure 2, Item 12) and ground cable (Figure 2, Item 5).
3.
Check continuity by attaching positive and negative lead of multimeter to opposite ends of cable. Reading of
infinite ohms means there is good continuity. Discard cable if reading shows less than infinite ohms.
4.
Check contact of frame assembly (Figure 2, Item 11) and flywheel housing (Figure 2, Item 15) for corrosion.
Clean as necessary.

REPLACEMENT
Replace all damaged parts.
