Cut electrical tiedown straps as necessary to allow movement of cables.

Remove two screws (Figure 1, Item 1), washers (Figure 1, Item 2), screw (Figure 1, Item 4), washer
(Figure 1, Item 2), and support (Figure 1, Item 5) from support (Figure 1, Item 3).
