Install the O-ring sea] on plug (28). Install spool (26),
spring (28) and plug (30) in end cover (20).
35.
Install the -ring seal on plug (25). Align the hole in the
stroking piston with the slot in the end cover. Install
stroking piston (24) and plug (25) in end cover (20).
36.
Install lens pin (22) in the stroking piston. Install control
lens (23) on the lens pin.
37.
Position end cover (20) on dowel pins (41) and housing
(37), and install eight bolts (21).
38.
Assemble flushing valve (1) using the following
procedure:
a.
Install O-ring seal (18) on lockscrew (19).
b.
Install spool (15), disc (16), pressure spring (17) and
lockscrew (19) in valve body (14).
c.
Install O-ring seal (4) on lockscrew (3).
d.
Install disc (10), pressure spring (5) and lockscrew (3)
in the valve body.
e.
Install orifice (11) in relief poppet (9), and install
retaining ring (12).
f.
Install O-ring seal (7) on lockscrew (6).
g.
Install relief poppet (9), pressure spring (8) and
lockscrew (6), in valve body (14).
h.
Install three O-ring seals (13) in valve body (14).
39.
Position flushing valve (1) on the rear cover plate, and
install five bolts (2).
