Propel Pumps
Remove & Install Propel Pumps

Start By
a.
remove vibratory pump
1.
Disconnect hose assemblies (1), (4), (5) and (7) from
the propel pumps. Cap and plug immediately.
2.
Remove the cotter pin and pin that fastens control cable
(6) to the propel pump. Loosen the jam nut and remove
control cable (6) from the bracket. Move the control
cable out of the way.
3.
Mark electrical connectors (2) for assembly purposes.
Remove the screws that fasten electrical connectors (2)
to the control valves on the propel pumps. Remove the
electrical connectors from the propel pumps.
4.
Remove the cable ties that fasten wiring harness (3) to
the pumps. Move the wiring harness out of the way.
5.
Disconnect hose assemblies (8) and (9) from propel
pumps (10). Cap and plug immediately.
6.
Use a hoist to attach a lifting strap and Tool (A) to
propel pumps (10) as shown. Remove two bolts (11),
and remove the propel pumps from the machine. The
weight of the propel pumps is 95 kg (210 lb).
NOTE:
For installation of the propel pumps, reverse the
removal steps.
