Drum Scrapers
Replace if Damaged
Machines with smooth drum.
Remove bolts and remove damaged scraper. Install
new scraper and install bolts.
Machines with padded drum.
1.
Drive the pin out of the tip from the retainer side of
tip. Remove the tip and the retainer.
2.
Clean the adapter, pin and retainer. Install
retainer in the groove in the side opposite of the
adapter.
3.
Install a new tip over the adapter with the retainer
in place.
4.
Drive the pin through the retainer, adapter and tip
from the side opposite of the retainer.
Platform Tilting
Adjust
The platform can be tilted forward to permit access to
mechanical and hydraulic components.
1.
Remove two bolts (1) and nuts from platform deck.
