9. Check for power at amplitude 1. If 24 to 28 Vdc are not measured
at both terminals 1 and 3, turn
select switch. Set amplitude
engine start switch and battery
select switch to high pitch (push
disconnect switch to OFF position
forward). Touch positive (+)
(TM 5-3895-379-10). Replace
(wire B921-WH) and negative (-
) probe of multimeter to good
ground. Measure Vdc. Set 2. If 24 to 28 Vdc are measured at
amplitude select switch to low
terminals 1 and 3, turn engine start
pitch (pull back). Touch positive
switch and battery disconnect
(+) probe of multimeter to
switch to OFF position (TM 5-
terminal 3 (wire B920-GN) and
3895-379-10). Repair or replace
wiring and connectors from
negative (-) probe of multimeter
to good ground.
