13.
If the pressure differential is greater than 1380 kPa (200
psi) in HIGH SPEED, adjust the minimum displacement
of the motor. Adjust the motor which has the lower
system pressure by turning minimum displacement
adjustment screw (7) or (9) out one half turn at a time.
This will decrease the motor displacement. At this point,
the pressure differential should decrease.
NOTE:
In order for the pressure to operate within 1380
kPa (200 psi), tests have shown that the minimum
displacement adjustment screw and the maximum
displacement adjustment screw should be set to
the following dimensions:
NOTE:
These settings for the adjustment screw are only
approximate dimensions. Each machine may
need to be individually adjusted.

14.
If the machine develops system pressure in NEUTRAL,
refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Piston Pump Neutral
Swashplate Pressure (Drum and Axle) ".
NOTE:
System pressure should normally be greater than
charge pressure. if the machine is going forward
and the charge pressure is greater than the
system pressure, there may be an electrical
problem or a mechanical problem within the
pump. In this case, the gauge for the forward
direction would be at a lower pressure than the
gauge for the reverse direction. As a result, the
motor would turn into a pump. In this situation,
refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Propel System
Troubleshooting" for additional assistance.
15.
When the pressure differential is less than 130 kPa (200
psi), the test is complete. Remove the pressure gauges
from the pressure test pods.
NOTE:
If significant adjustments have been made to the
displacement adjustment screws, refer to Testing
and Adjusting, "Travel Speed -Test" in order to
correct changes.
16.
Remove the caps and the plugs. Reconnect the
balance lines.

Personal injury or death can result from sudden machine
movement.
Sudden movement of the machine can cause injury to
persons on or near the machine.
To prevent injury or death, make sure that the area around
the machine is clear of personnel and obstructions before
operating the machine.
