WARNING
Use caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during procedure.
Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of
heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death.
NOTE
Door assemblies weigh 100 lb (45 kg) each.

Attach lifting device to door assembly (1).

Install door assembly (1) on frame assembly (4)
with five washers (3) and bolts (2). Turn bolts until
snug, but do not tighten bolts.

Align door assembly (1) so that top of door is paral-

lel with operator platform (18) when closed. While
assistant holds door assembly in place, tighten bolts
to 33-47 lb-ft (45-64 Nm).
7.
Close door assembly (1) (TM 5-3895-379-10).

Remove chocks (TM 5-3895-379-10).
