For CB534B Roller, install new preformed packing (Figure 7, Item 2), new gasket (Figure 7, Item 1), new
preformed packing (Figure 7, Item 6), and water pump (Figure 7, Item 7) on engine (Figure 7, Item 3) with three
bolts (Figure 7, Item 5). Tighten bolts to 177-301 lb-in. (20-34 Nm).
3.
For CB534B Roller, install bolt (Figure 7, Item 4) in engine (Figure 7, Item 3). Tighten bolt to 177-301 lb-in.
(20-34 Nm).

For CB534B Roller, install bolts (Figure 8, Items 1 and 5) in water pump (Figure 8, Item 4). Tighten bolts to
15-25 lb-ft (20-34 Nm).
5.
For CB534B Roller, install two bolts (Figure 8, Item 2) in connector (Figure 8, Item 3). Tighten bolts to
177-301 lb-in (20-34 Nm).
