Install Tooling (B) (not shown) on the drum side of the
yoke. Using Tooling (B), remove shaft (14) and bearing
race (15) from the steer pivot side of the yoke.

Bend the tab of lock washer (17) from the slot in nut
(16). Use Tool (C) to remove nut (16) from shaft (14).
NOTE:
During assembly, apply 5P-3931 Antiseize on the
face and threads of nut (16). Tighten the nut to a
torque of 816 ± 136 N· m (600 ± 100 lb-ft). Stake
the nut by bending a tab of lock washer (17) into a
slot in the nut.
15.
Remove lock washer (17), spacer (18) and bearings
(19) from shaft (14).
16.
Remove bearing race (22), bearings (20) and spacer
(21) from the drum side of the yoke.
17.
Remove spacer (24) and inner bearing race (25) from
the steer pivot side of the yoke.
18.
Remove inner bearing race (23) from the drum side of
the yoke.
