Vibratory Support Oil Sample - Obtain

Obtain the oil sample when you change the oil.
Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "SOS Oil
Analysis". Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual,
"Sampling Interval and Location of Sampling Valve" for
information on obtaining the oil sample from the vibratory
support.
NOTE:
After you obtain an oil sample, add oil in order to
maintain the proper level.

NOTICE
Accumulated grease or oil on a machine is a fire hazard.
Remove this debris with steam cleaning or high pressure
water at least every 1000 service hours or at any time
there is a significant amount of oil spilled on the machine.
NOTE:
Check the machine for leaks. If a leak is found,
find the source of the leak. Repair the leak before
staring the machine. Check the fluid levels more
frequently If you suspect a leak.

Check the air filter service indicator. When the indicator is red,
service the air filter element.

Inspect the lights for broken bulbs or broken lenses.
Replace the bulbs or the lenses if the bulbs or the lenses are
broken.
Remove any trash in the engine compartment.
