Loosen the collar (2). Remove the element (3). Discard
the element in a proper manner.
6.
Clean the parts. Inspect the parts for damage. Replace
the damaged parts or replace the worn parts.
7.
Install a new element. Tighten the collar (2).
8.
Install the bowl (5) and tighten the collar (4).
9.
Start the engine and check the fuel system for leaks.
10.
Close the engine compartment.

Open the engine compartment.

The fuel tank breather is located behind the fuel tank
cap. Remove the breather.
3.
Install the new breather.
4.
Close the engine compartment.
