Check Oil Level
NOTICE
Take extreme care to insure the cleanliness of
hydraulic oil. Keep hydraulic oil clean to extend
component life and assure maximum performance.
DO NOT OVERFILL.
1.
Observe the hydraulic oil level when the oil is
WARM. Maintain oil level to the level mark on the
decal near sight gauge (1).
NOTE: Do not overfill. Hot oil will indicate an above
level condition.
2.
If the oil level is low, remove oil fill cap (2).
3.
Add oil through the fill tube while observing sight
gauge. Fill to the level indicator on the decal. Do
not overfill.
4.
Clean and install oil fill cap (2).
Cooling System
NOTICE
Make sure you read and understand the Information
in the Cooling System Specifications section of this
manual before you proceed with maintenance of the
cooling system.
Check Coolant Level
1.
Check the coolant level with the engine stopped
and cool.
2.
Remove the filler cap slowly to relieve any
pressure.
3.
Maintain the coolant level within 13 mm (1/2 inch)
below the bottom of the fill pipe or to the proper
level on the sight glass, if equipped.
