THERMOSTAT HOUSING REPLACEMENT (CB534B) - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Loosen clamps (1) and remove top radiator hose (2)
from thermostat housing assembly (3).
2.
Disconnect connector (4) from temperature sensor
connector (5).
3.
Remove temperature sensor (6) from thermostat hous-
ing assembly (3).
4.
Remove screw (7) and clip (8) from thermostat hous-
ing assembly (3).
5.
Loosen clamp (9) around hose (10).

Remove two bolts (11) from thermostat housing assembly (3).
7.
Remove two screws (12) from thermostat housing

assembly (3).
8.
Remove two bolts (13) from thermostat housing
assembly (3).
9.
Remove bolt (14) from thermostat housing assembly
(3).

10.
Pull thermostat housing assembly (3) away from
engine (15).

11.
Slide hose (10) off thermostat housing assembly.
