REMOVAL
WARNING
Oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning may cause
injury.
NOTE
Use drain pan to catch any hydraulic oil that may drain from system. Dispose of oil IAW local
policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
1.
Place drain pan with 2 qt (1.9 Liters) minimum capacity under hydraulic oil filter assembly
(Figure 1, Item 1).
2.
Remove hydraulic oil filter (Figure 1, Item 2) from hydraulic oil filter assembly (Figure 1, Item 1) and allow
remaining hydraulic oil to drain.

Loosen nut (Figure 2, Item 2) and remove hose assembly (Figure 2, Item 1) and O-ring (Figure 2, Item 3) from
hydraulic oil filter assembly (Figure 2, Item 4). Discard O-ring.
