20.
Install clamp (Figure 17, Item 6) and plate (Figure 17, Item 5) on frame (Figure 17, Item 3) with two washers
(Figure 17, Item 7), screws (Figure 17, Item 4), washers (Figure 17, Item 2), and nuts (Figure 17, Item 1).
