(1) Install the starting motor (16) in the flywheel housing (15) and see that the mounting holes are properly
alined.
(2) Install the star lockwashers (12) and mounting screws (13). Tighten the screws firmly and evenly. See that
the star lockwashers (12) bite into the starting motor mounting flange.

(3) Remove the protective tape from the starting motor cable (20) and connect the cable with the starting motor
terminal (17).
(4) Install the starting motor terminal nut (19). Tighten the nut securely.
