Leveling Blade System Schematic
(1) Leveling blade control valve. (2) Leveling blade cylinder. (3)
Line to charge circuit. (4) Line from gear pump.
The leveling blade system is a mechanically controlled,
hydraulically operated system. The leveling blade system is
composed of three main components
Control valve (1)
Cylinder (2)
Leveling blade
Hydraulic oil for the leveling blade system is provided by the
gear pump.

(1) Control valve.
Control valve (1) is located under the operator platform. Oil
flows from the gear pump to control valve (1).

(5) Blade control lever
Blade control lever (5) shifts the control valve between four
positions. The control valve is composed of the following four
positions.
RAISE
HOLD
LOWER
FLOAT
