E-10. ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) REPLACEMENT
a.
Remove & Install ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) 7323-010.
(1) Disconnect electrical connector (3).
(2) Attach a hoist to ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure (1) as shown.
(3) Remove twelve nuts and bolts (2) that fasten the ROPS to the frame of the machine. Remove
ROPS (1). The weight of the ROPS is 160 kg (352 lb).
NOTE
For installation of the ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure), reverse the removal steps.
Bolt should be tightened to 340 45 lb-ft (460 60 N
m).
