Air Shut-down Housing

Install and finger tighten the six attaching bolts shown in Fig. 3.
b.
Tighten the two center bolts to 16-20 lb-ft torque.
c.
Then tighten the four corner bolts to 16-20 Ib-ft torque.
A power wrench should not be used to tighten the above bolts.
CAUTION:

Reset the air shut-down to the run position.
4. Start arid run the engine at idle speed and no load. Trip the air shut-down. If the engine does not stop, check it for
air leakage between the valve and the gasket. If necessary, reposition the valve.
