Before Starting the Engine
Seat and Seat Belt Checks
NOTE: Adjust the seat at the beginning of each shift or
when changing operators.
Adjust the seat so controls can be reached when the
operator's back is against the seat back.
Lock the seat in position before operating the machine
to prevent unexpected seat movement.
Inspect the seat belt mounting hardware (if equipped).
Replace any damaged or worn hardware. Keep the
mounting bolts tight.
Fasten the seat belt before starting the engine.
